1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 64baje platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, crash games, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referred to within this document, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your acceptance of these terms is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking an "I Agree" or similar checkbox during the registration process; (b) creating a 64baje account; (c) making a deposit or placing a bet on the platform; or (d) continuing to use the platform after a published update to these terms has taken effect. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To create and maintain a 64baje account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 64baje is an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of the platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting in a corporate capacity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

• You have not been self-excluded from 64baje or placed on any exclusion list maintained by 64baje.

64baje performs age and identity verification (KYC) checks as part of the account approval process and at any subsequent point we deem necessary. If we are unable to verify that you meet the age requirement, your account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending the outcome of the KYC review.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one active account on 64baje at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 64baje reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bets placed, and forfeit any bonus balances held across the duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 KYC Verification

64baje may at any time request that you provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, bank statement, and bKash or Nagad account confirmation. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by 64baje support may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 64baje username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 64baje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 64baje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification, which is available to all account holders from the account security settings page.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

64baje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 64baje does not apply currency conversion fees to transactions conducted through local Bangladeshi payment methods.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount on 64baje is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may vary depending on the financial institution. Deposits are typically credited to your 64baje account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, credits may take up to 30 minutes; if your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to your account. 5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance (or any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and bonus funds that are not wagered through within the stated validity period, will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.

Promotional terms published for seasonal campaigns — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season, and IPL season offers — are governed by this general policy in addition to their specific conditions. 64baje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 64baje platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age, or providing false information about your age during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one 64baje account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
• Conducting money laundering activities through the platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without any meaningful betting activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 64baje account or account balance to another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 64baje support staff or other players through any communication channel.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

64baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining from legitimate deposits, less any applicable deductions permitted under these terms, will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any necessary investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

64baje is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 64baje platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, typography, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of 64baje or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 64baje platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 64baje content; use any automated tool to extract data from the platform; or frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website without 64baje's prior written consent.

Game content displayed on the platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 64baje, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 64baje's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by 64baje's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 64baje; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. 64baje's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

64baje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations — 64baje will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing an announcement on the platform or sending a notification to your registered email address. For non-material updates (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or minor structural changes), the revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

Your continued use of the 64baje platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 64baje operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and conducts its operations in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi regulatory requirements to the extent they apply to online gaming services.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing by email with full details of the issue, your account username, and any supporting documentation.

64baje aims to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt and to resolve all complaints within 28 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may seek resolution through any applicable external dispute mechanism available to you under Bangladeshi law.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
